What to expect before you submit a direct care request.
How do I book care?
Use the booking form to share your contact, pet, and schedule details. For dog bookings, upload one to three JPEG photos per dog, then continue to secure checkout.
How is payment handled?
Stripe securely handles payment. The website never collects or stores your card details. Payment submits a request; care is confirmed after Irena follows up.
What is the cancellation policy?
Boarding and drop-in requests may be canceled up to three days before care. Day care and walking requests may be canceled up to one day before care. Refunds are reviewed under these stated terms.
Can we meet first?
Yes. A Meet and Greet is a free manual request with no online payment. Email Irena to request one.
Where does Irena provide care?
Irena serves Montgomery County, Maryland, in communities in Montgomery County, MD.
What happens to pet photos?
Dog photos are stored privately for Irena’s review, are never sent to Stripe, and are automatically deleted 30 days after the care period ends.
